Petter — Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Petter account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

1. In the app (immediate)

1. Open Petter and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

2. By email (if you can't access the app)

Send a deletion request from your account's email address to support@petter.pl with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account (email and sign-in identity);
• All your pet profiles and photos;
• All records you created — vaccinations, vet visits, weight measurements, medications, feeding schedules, calendar events, and spending entries;
• Your settings and notification preferences.

What may be retained, and for how long

• Encrypted backups are rotated on a routine schedule and expire automatically; residual copies are purged within the backup retention window.
• Anonymous crash diagnostics (if you had crash reporting enabled) are tied only to a random pseudonymous identifier — never your email, name, or pet data — and expire on the diagnostics provider's retention schedule.
